These free workshops cover a variety of topics such as study skills, time management, test preparation, financial aid, and other tools for academic success. Workshops are offered throughout the semester and provide helpful guidance in a supportive, interactive environment.

Tutoring Services

OFTC offers tutoring that includes:

  • One-on-one and group tutoring sessions
  • Study groups for collaborative learning
  • Assistance with Blackboard, SOAR, internet tools, and research
  • Tips and resources for study skills, organization, test-taking, and balancing school, work, and family responsibilities
  • Free 24/7 online tutoring through Tutor.com in more than 250 subjects

Stop by your Dublin or Sandersville campus HOOT Center or schedule or drop-in one of OFTC’s tutoring sessions. Tutors are available in person, by phone, online or through virtual meetings to help you work through assignments, course material, and questions along the way.
