Our Mission

Human Resources (HR) at Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) strives to be a strategic partner along with administration, faculty, and staff in supporting the mission of OFTC. HR staff takes a leadership role in providing services that support the College by promoting and understanding the concept that employees are our most valuable resource. HR continually acts as a catalyst enabling all employees to contribute towards the success of the College.

Our mission is to provide quality HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce within a supportive work environment. We achieve this with by emphasizing customer service based on consultation and communication with the entire College community. HR works with college administrators, faculty and staff to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local laws pertaining to personnel, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action.
