Veterans Services
Oconee Fall Line Technical College is approved for the educational training of Veterans and certain eligible spouses and dependents of Veterans. The college serves only as a source of certification and information to the Veterans Administration as all financial transactions and eligibility determinations are handled directly between the student and the VA Office. Veterans and other eligible persons interested in obtaining educational benefits must meet all applicable requirements for admissions.
The Office of the Registrar serves as the Certifying Official to the Department of Veterans Affairs on behalf of Oconee Fall Line Technical College. Veterans and the dependents of the Veterans who are eligible to receive benefits will work with the Veterans Certifying Official to:
- Assist Veteran students with the processing of VA forms
- Advise Veteran students, when appropriate, about certain procedural requirements
- Certify enrollment of OFTC Veteran students to the Department of Veteran Affairs

Adopted on April 18, 2020, the resolution states that by supporting those who serve, TCSG’s system colleges will build stronger communities and a stronger workforce while providing a great atmosphere for learning and awareness across the state of Georgia.
College Financing Plan (Shopping Sheet)
Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) has adopted the Principles of Excellence Standard issued in Executive Order 13607. In adopting the Principles of Excellence, OFTC is committed to providing prospective students, who self-identify as U.S. veterans or a dependent of a veteran with information on our cost of attendance, the financial aid process, available financial assistance to defray educational costs, and consumer information. This information is provided on the College Financing Plan.
The College Financing Plan (formerly known as the Financial Aid Shopping Sheet) is a standardized form developed by the U.S. Department of Education to simplify the information students receive from colleges and universities about educational costs and financial aid so they can easily compare institutions and make informed decisions about which institution to attend.
The College Financing Plan will be available to the student within 14 days of charges posting to the student’s account. Students will be mailed a copy of the college financing plan and/or may access it on Banner Web under the Financial Aid tab.
For information on applying for financial aid, view the Financial Aid Information on our website.
