An articulation agreement is a formal agreement to transfer credits from one educational institution or system to another. OFTC graduates can take advantage of several local and state-wide articulation agreements to minimize repeating coursework and to facilitate a smooth transfer of earned credits into a four-year college or university. *

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG)-USG agreement specifies 28 general education courses that are guaranteed to transfer between SACSCOC-accredited institutions, including Georgia College, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, Kennesaw State University, University of Georgia, Valdosta State University.
Georgia Independent College Association (GICA) General Education Transfer Courses:

THE GICA and TCSG agreement specifies general education core classes that transfer to private institutions, including Mercer University, Berry College, Piedmont College, Shorter University, Young Harris College.
