You’re just a few steps away from enrolling in OFTC’s Adult Education program. Whether you’re working toward your high school equivalency or building skills for the future, we’re here to support you. Follow the steps below to begin your journey — and if you need a hand, we’re only a call away at 478-274-7848 or 478-357-0802!

PLEASE NOTE: All students interested in enrolling must have a state issued identification card (Example: Driver’s License or State Issued ID). If the student is 16 or 17 years old, a withdrawal form from the last school attended or, if the student was homeschooled, a signed underage affidavit is needed.
Step 1:
- Please view OFTC’s Adult Education Orientation video below.
Step 2:
- Complete the Online Intake Form.
Step 3:
- Complete the Student Survey.
Step 4:
- Complete the Acknowledgment of Assessment Form.
Step 5:
- View the OFTC Code of Conduct and
- Complete the Acknowledgement of OFTC Code of Conduct.
Step 6:
- Complete the Student Expectations Form.
And you did it — all steps completed!
