Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) is proud to announce that Pam Dunn, Director of Admissions, has been selected as the college’s recipient of the 2025 Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Student Impact Award.

The Student Impact Award honors one exceptional student affairs or student services staff member from each TCSG institution who has demonstrated extraordinary commitment, innovation, and impact in supporting student success.

With more than two decades of service in higher education, Dunn has built a reputation for her compassion, dedication, and unwavering support of both students and colleagues. In her role as Director of Admissions, she has played a vital part in helping students begin their educational journeys, often being the first point of contact as they transition into college life.

“Pam is the definition of student-centered,” said OFTC’s VP for Student Affairs, Dr. Saketha Adams. “Her commitment to helping students feel welcomed, supported, and confident as they start their programs has made a lasting impact on our campus community.”

Dunn’s leadership has contributed to improved admissions processes, strengthened student engagement, and a consistent focus on removing barriers to access. Her work helps ensure students begin their academic journey with clarity, encouragement, and the resources necessary to succeed.
