Oconee Fall Line Technical College’s (OFTC) Dr. Saketha Adams, Vice President for Student Affairs, recently graduated from the Technical College System of Georgia’s (TCSG) 2025 Senior Leadership Academy (SLA).
The Senior Leadership Academy is a rigorous, yearlong professional development program designed to prepare emerging leaders from across Georgia’s 22 technical colleges and the system office for senior-level positions in technical education. Participants engage in leadership training, executive coaching, and strategic discussions centered on higher education policy, workforce development, and innovation in technical education.
Dr. Adams, who has been with OFTC for 29 years, has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to student success and leadership within the college and the TCSG system.
“The Senior Leadership Academy represents TCSG’s commitment to cultivating the next generation of leaders within our colleges and system,” said TCSG Commissioner Greg Dozier. “These graduates embody the excellence and dedication that define our system, and they are well prepared to continue driving Georgia’s reputation as the top state for talent.”
Graduates were recognized during a ceremony held at the 2025 TCSG Fall Leadership Conference in Savannah, Georgia.
“We are incredibly proud of Dr. Adams for this accomplishment,” said OFTC President Erica Harden. “Her leadership, dedication, and passion for serving students continue to strengthen our college and inspire those around her.”
Dr. Adams joins an esteemed group of leaders from across the state who completed this year’s Senior Leadership Academy, further advancing OFTC’s commitment to excellence in education and leadership development.
