Main Lobby

The lobby is a beautiful, spacious area, perfect for event registration. It is also ideal for small displays or exhibitor tables and is often used for catered breaks. You will also find our Executive Boardroom just inside the lobby that seats 12 people.

Training Rooms A–H

• Conference Center exhibit hall can be divided into as many as eight individual rooms.
• Two wide, spacious hallways are located on the north and south side of the Conference Center to provide easy access to events and to smooth traffic flow.
• Two large equipment entrances and loading dock.

• Built-in HD projectors and screens.

YKK Lecture Hall

• 120-seat lecture hall with tiered seating.
• Data ports and power outlet for each attendee.
• Built-in HD projector and screen (DVD/Blue-ray system available).

Classrooms

• Six (6) general purpose classrooms to accommodate 15-40 persons.
• Flexible seating arrangements (classroom, theater, U-shape, or boardroom style) customized for your group meetings.
• Rooms include built-in projection screens, tables with power outlets, and dry erase boards.
• Wireless internet access.

Computer Labs

• A computer lab with 23 workstations.
• Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite 2019, high speed laser printer, wireless/wired internet access.
• All labs are available for customers who train on proprietary software or require custom installations – we can setup labs to meet individual needs.
