Reserving Space for Your Event

As you plan your dates, please note that OFTC Conference Centers will be closed to the public for reservations on the following days each year in accordance with State of Georgia sanctioned holidays and the weekends adjacent to the observed holiday and the OFTC campus closure schedule:

  • Martin Luther King, Jr’s Birthday
  • Easter Sunday
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
  • OFTC College-wide Staff Development Days (twice per year)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th) through New Year’s Day (January 1st)
