OFTC is proud to support local workforce needs by connecting employers with qualified, job-ready students and graduates. Through our Career Services department, area businesses have access to a variety of free recruiting resources designed to help fill open positions with skilled talent.

Employer Resources Include:

  • Job Posting Support: Share your job openings with us, and we’ll post them for current students and recent grads to see.
  • On-Campus Recruitment: Host a recruitment table or information session on campus to meet potential candidates in person.
  • Job Fairs & Hiring Events: Participate in OFTC-hosted events to network with students and promote your opportunities.
