Admissions for Transient Students

A transient student is one who is currently attending another institution but wishes to enroll at Oconee Fall Line Technical College. A student in good standing at another institution may enroll as a transient student at OFTC as there is space available in the course in which they wish to enroll. Students must complete the following:

1Step One

Submit a completed application to the OFTC Admissions Office with your $25.00 non-refundable application fee.

Apply Online

Verification of Lawful Presence in the United States is required for students applying for in-state tuition.

2Step Two

Request a Transient Agreement From (Transient Letter) from your home college’s registrar. This form confirms that your home institution gives permission for you to take specifics courses at OFTC and that the credits will transfer back.
