settingsThe Registrar’s Office provides support services for students, faculty and staff including registration, enrollment data, academic transcripts, evaluating transcripts, and verification/awarding of degrees, diplomas, and certificates. It is the responsibility of the Registrar’s Office to maintain accurate and secure records for all students. Accurate and secure academic records of all students at Oconee Fall Line Technical College are maintained by the Office of the Registrar.
Official Transcript Requests
All official transcript requests for students are made through the Parchment online request system.
High School Equivalency Transcripts
Transcripts for exams the state recognizes as the equivalent of a high school diploma (e.g. GED or HiSET) are issued by the Technical College System of Georgia. Click here for information on ordering your transcript.

Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts are available for current students through BannerWeb. If you haven’t attended within the past 2 semesters, you will need to request an official transcript.
To print an unofficial transcript (for current students):
- Go to My OFTC / SOAR and login with your OFTC credentials
- Locate the Transcript Services card
- Click on Unofficial Transcript
- Select Transcript Level: All Levels
- Select Transcript Type: Official Paper Transcript
- Use the Print button to either (1) print to a physical printer, or (2) print to PDF to download a copy
Other Documentation Requests
To request test scores or other documentation, download and complete the Authorization to Release Records form and email to Registrar@oftc.edu.
