Peterbilt of Dublin Raises Funds to Support OFTC’s Diesel Equipment Technology Program

DUBLIN, Ga., (OFTC) — Peterbilt of Dublin, a new and used commercial truck sales, service and parts company hosted its second annual golf tournament to benefit the Diesel Equipment Technology program at Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) at the Dublin Country Club, Saturday, March 21.

More than $7,500 was raised and presented to the OFTC Foundation to go towards the diesel program’s needs.

“The OFTC Foundation would like to thank Mr. Starley and Peterbilt of Dublin for their support of our college and the diesel program,” said Kathy Aaron, Executive Director of Institutional Advancement. “Mr. Starley says he’s already scheduled next year’s event and we look forward to many years of a great partnership.”

The OFTC Foundation 

The OFTC Foundation, Inc. is an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established to support students and programs at the college. The Foundation is governed by a local board of trustees whose mission is to maintain a focus on local campus needs that mirrors the direction of Oconee Fall Line Technical College. Donors’ wishes will be adhered to and existing donor agreements will continue to be enforced. The Foundation provides leadership and community influence through the College’s eleven-county service area of Bleckley, Dodge, Glascock, Hancock, Jefferson, Laurens, Telfair, Warren, Washington, Wheeler, and Wilkinson.
