Georgia Trend Names OFTC President Erica Harden one of Georgia's Most Influential Leaders

OFTC – Erica Harden, President of Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC), was recently named One of Georgia’s Most Influential Leaders by Georgia Trend.  

The recognition was included in the Magazine’s third annual Georgia 500: The State’s Most Influential Leaders, spotlighting those responsible for economic development and local investment across the state of Georgia.  

Highlighting her 34 years of experience in higher and technical education, the article quotes Harden saying, “It’s very much a part of my life. I feel like what we do here is good work, and I feel fortunate to do something every day that is so impactful.”  

Harden was appointed President of OFTC in February of 2019 by former Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Commissioner Matt Arthur, and under her leadership the college recently celebrated the highest enrollment in its 12-year history with a record of 2,035 students.
