FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
Apply for 2024 – 2025 FAFSA using OFTC Federal School Code: 031555

You will need your 2022 income information for 2024-2025 FAFSA.

Application Priority Dates
The priority dates exist to ensure financial aid applications are completed in time to receive aid for the term you apply. OFTC will accept your application at any time, but tuition and fees may be due out of pocket if financial aid is not awarded prior to term start. Priority dates are listed below and on the Academic Calendar for each term.
- Fall Term 2024 – July 16, 2024
- Fall Minimester 2024 – September 17, 2024
- Spring Term 2025 – December 16, 2024
- Spring Minimester 2025 – February 10, 2025
- Summer Term 2025 – April 21, 2025
*You do not need to apply every term.
Tips for Selecting Which Application to Complete
- Complete the GSFAPPS if you have a high income. You do not need to complete the FAFSA.
- Complete the GSFAPPS if you are not able or willing to provide your 2021 income information for the FAFSA.
- Complete the FAFSA if you have received the HOPE Grant or Scholarship in the past and maxed out your hours and/or can no longer receive HOPE. You do not need to complete the GSFAPPS.
- If you are not sure which application to complete, always complete the FAFSA.
NOTE: If you completed a GSFAPP and received HOPE Grant or Scholarship within the last year, you do not need to do another GSFAPP.
