Crowds Gather to Sip ‘N See during OFTC’s 18th Annual Festival of Trees
Dublin, Ga., (OFTC) – Christmas melodies filled the air, decorated Christmas trees lined the halls, and cups of hot chocolate were being poured while friends and family gathered to partake in the holiday cheer during a special Sip ‘N See event hosted at Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC), Thursday, December 7, during the 18th annual Festival of Trees.
The College hosts the Festival of Trees annually and each year local businesses and organizations decorate trees to represent their brands. The special Sip ‘N See event hosted on the Dublin Campus is held after hours and allows the community to view the trees in a festive, holiday setting.
Students from Southwest Laurens Elementary School’s Choir performed a variety of Christmas songs again this year, entertaining festival guests and proud supporters alike.
Viewers also had an opportunity to vote on their fan-favorite tree which will be announced later this month. The winning tree will earn a special ‘Fan Favorite’ ornament to be displayed on its branches.
