This scholarship was made possible by the generous donations from the family of Elysea T. Howard Stuckey following the tragic death of Elysea and her family. Stuckey was a graduate of OFTC’s Cosmetology program and is remembered as an outstanding student and person.

Carter is currently enrolled in OFTC’s Cosmetology Program on the Dublin Campus.
