Each program will feature a guest speaker and provide students\, faculty\, and staff with an opportunity to learn\, reflect\, and celebrate together. \nStudents\, faculty & staff are invited to attend. \nEvent Speaker:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDr. Derrick Standifer is a nationally recognized youth motivational speaker known for his high-energy\, inspiring message Life is Like a Rubik’s Cube. Through his powerful personal journey—from college dropout to Ph.D.—he has motivated more than 20\,000 students\, educators\, and parents to navigate life’s twists and turns with purpose and resilience. Dr. Standifer is the author of Life is Like a Rubik’s Cube\, which has been adapted into a personal development curriculum used in schools and mentoring programs nationwide. He now leads workshops and seminars that equip individuals with practical strategies to maximize their potential and keep their commitments.\n\n\n\n

Through trauma-informed workshops rooted in his Common Genius\, Uncommon Destiny framework\, he helps students connect passion\, talent\, and purpose to unlock their potential. Reggie is the creator of the Kings’ Speech program\, which teaches young men to harness the power of words to lead with confidence and ownership. His work has reached thousands of students and educators across multiple school districts\, inspiring lasting impact through purpose-driven communication.\n\n\n\n

Smith is a Georgia native and higher education professional with more than 25 years of experience in student affairs\, youth advocacy\, and community engagement. He currently serves as a Community Outreach Specialist with the FBI Atlanta Field Office\, where he builds partnerships with schools\, nonprofits\, faith-based\, and civic organizations across the state. A former senior administrator in higher education and residential youth services\, Mr. Smith has led multimillion-dollar initiatives supporting underrepresented populations and mentoring youth nationwide. He is also the founder of Kollaborative Kreations\, Inc.\, through which he inspires and empowers students across the country through leadership development and motivational speaking.\n\n\n\n
